Why I write
I write because I like having leadership and inspiring others. I write because I want to make fun problems for other children to solve.
I write so I can give out information to other parents and children. When I started to write, I thought I was just a normal writer. But I’m not. Every writer is a special writer.
Even if you are just a child and you write, you are a special writer. I have a reason why I write. Everyone does. When I started writing, I thought “I’m just a normal writer who just writes books.” But I was wrong.
I’m writing right now with a reason to write. If I didn’t have a reason to write, I wouldn’t be writing at this computer right now.
I think about things that most people who don’t write books don’t think about. I think that every writer is special, and that writing should be one of their very special talents.
How I write
I get my ideas by thinking about other books and the words in them. There are many different books in this world, so I think about all of them and all the different books that could be in the world.
I think about my sentences and all the different ways I could write them. I think about all the sentences in other books and how I could describe them in my stories. I take breaks to think about what I should write when I’m out of ideas. That’s what writers do.
Writers think about what they want to say. They want good books. They want books that people will actually be interested in. They think about books that people will read. They don’t just write a book and hope that people will read it. That’s what makes other people not read it. People read books that make sense.
I get my ideas by looking up other books. I get my ideas by looking at books and thinking about how I could change them up a bit to make them stories.
